At Collection A to Z, we strive to provide high-quality mobile accessories, computer accessories, and smart home devices. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date if:

The product arrived damaged or defective.

The product received is significantly different from the description on our website.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be opened only for inspection and must not have been used.

Be in its original condition.

Include all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.

Items missing original packaging or accessories.

Products purchased during clearance or special promotional sales (unless defective).

Returns requested due to a change of mind, personal preference, or ordering the wrong item.
3. Return Process
To request a return:

Clear photos or videos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect).

Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the product back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as:

Wrong product shipped.

Product received damaged.

Manufacturing defect upon arrival.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with shipment tracking, as Collection A to Z is not responsible for returned packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the outcome.
If your refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued via Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacements
If the returned product is confirmed to be defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability.
If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be processed through Easypaisa or JazzCash, as cash refunds cannot be issued directly after delivery.
8. Warranty
Unless explicitly stated on the product page, products sold by Collection A to Z do not include a manufacturer or store warranty.
9. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photos or videos. This helps us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
