We currently ship to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
If your location is outside our courier partners' service areas, we will contact you to discuss available delivery options.
2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:

Other major cities: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
Any promotional offers for free shipping will be clearly stated on our website.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible locations across Pakistan.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the parcel and make payment to the courier.
Repeated refusal to accept COD orders may result in future COD orders being declined.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive shipment details or a tracking number (where available) via email or other communication channels.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed due to:

The package may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.
8. Damaged or Missing Items

please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the package and product.

10. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
